Pre-sales Service
★During the selection of manufacturers and cable models, users are warmly welcome to visit our company. We will provide all convenience and various technical advice to users, answer users' questions, introduce the basic structure, technical standards, production technology and testing means of cables, understand the various requirements of users in detail, and provide necessary technical information.

Service In Sale
★After the signing of the sales contract, users are welcome to send someone to our company to supervise the manufacturing process. We will actively cooperate and provide convenience for work and life. We will take seriously any comments on the quality of cable manufacturing put forward by the supervisors and improve them in time.
★Before the product is inspected at the factory, we will promptly notify the user to come to our company to witness and provide convenience for people to work and live.
★Before the product is shipped, it will be packaged in accordance with the contract and the user will be notified of the arrival time of the goods.
★Transport by car, and provide the user with the certificate of conformity, factory test report and delivery list with the goods. Any damage to the goods during transportation will be the responsibility of our company.

After-sales Service
★During the installation process, if users need on-site service, they can call us and our company will send someone to the scene immediately. Our company assumes full responsibility for the losses caused by our personnel's misguidance.
★Our company manufactures and sells products, and the quality guarantee period is 12 months from the date of acceptance.
★During the warranty period, it is indeed our company's design and manufacturing reasons that cause product quality problems. Our company is responsible for warranty repair, replacement and return. After the warranty period, no matter what causes the quality problem of the product, our company will still repair it free of charge or replace it at cost price.

Technical Training
★If necessary, our company trains technical personnel for users. The training content includes: basic knowledge of electricians, cable structure and characteristics, basic knowledge and precautions of cable operation, cable manufacturing process, cable testing methods, etc.
