PVC wire wrapping film is a brand-new packaging material. Its material has the characteristics of ultra-thin, strong, transparent, self-adhesive, low temperature resistance, etc. It is an ideal packaging material, especially suitable for packaging chemicals, electronic parts, building materials products, rubber, low bricks, ceramic tiles, screws, wallpaper, leather, glass fiber, non-woven fabrics, paper rolls, wires, iron wires, good stickiness makes the packaging film layer and layer outside the goods stick together to make the goods firm. There are two main methods to obtain the stickiness: one is to add PIB or its masterbatch into the high polymer; The other is to blend VLDPE PIB as a translucent viscous liquid. Direct addition requires special equipment or modification of the equipment. PIB is generally used. PIB is moved out of the masterbatch, which usually takes three days, in addition, it is also affected by temperature. When the temperature is high, the viscosity is strong, and when the temperature is low, the viscosity is greatly reduced after stretching. Therefore, the finished film is best stored in a certain temperature range (the recommended storage temperature is 15 ℃ ~ 25 ℃). The viscosity of blended VLDPE is slightly worse, but there is no special requirement for equipment. The viscosity is relatively stable and is not controlled by time, but it is also affected by temperature, when the temperature is higher than 30 ℃, it is relatively sticky, and when it is lower than 15 ℃, the viscosity is slightly worse. The amount of LLDPE in the adhesive layer can be adjusted to achieve the required viscosity.
